Probably written by Moses Wright, considering Miller's death three weeks previous. At the top of the stationary, which reads "Rome Judicial Circuit," appears Moses' name above the printed title of "Solicitor General." Probably addressed to Judge W. M. Henry, whose name appears across from Moses' above the printed title "Judge." This seems to be a legal document pertaining to the will of the deceased Miller A. Wright.
