Discusses the [Congressional] inquiry into the failure of the expedition under Major General Arthur St. Clair - this was St. Clair's Defeat, also known as the "Columbia Massacre," or the "Battle of the Wabash" in 1791 where the Indians were fighting settlers who they felt were encroaching on their land.
