Contract stating that Henry Knox, Samuel and Isaac Winslow, and Samuel Waldo are "held & stand firmly bound & Obliged unto William Hunt of Boston" for the Muscongus patent. Declares that Hunt is writing as clerk of the ten original proprietors of the patent. States the details of the arrangement. Docket asserts that this document was sent to Knox by William Hunt, but that he did not sign it, and instead signed a later copy.
