Discusses the lands and properties to which she is entitled as heir to her father Brigadier General Samuel Waldo, as well as her brother Samuel Waldo. Outlines the history of the Waldo patent, beginning with King Charles the First granting the Muscongus patent to the Council of Plymouth. Enumerates the acreage and value of lands to which Hannah Flucker has a claim.
