Writes, "When I saw Colonel Walker in New York, which was in the street he informed me that[.]" Part of the letter appears to be missing, although the letter does not appear torn or damaged. Possibly the beginning of a draft. Brief note in the docket about a purchase. Letter is unsigned but appears to be in Knox's handwriting.
