An agreement made by Amos Barrett and James Malcom regarding survey work for Henry Knox and Charles Barrett. The agreement states which areas will be explored and surveyed to determine the placement of a 100 foot road. The road will run from the Belfast river to the west line of the Waldo patent in Maine. Streams, rivers, and the condition of the land will also be noted in the survey. A plan of the proposed road will be delivered to both Henry Knox and Charles Barrett. Knox will pay Amos Barrett and Malcom $67 and Charles Barrett will pay $33. The agreement is signed by Amos Barrett and James Malcom. See GLC02437.06198 for further information.
