Agreement with Duer where Duer will sell "all [the] original rights in the province of maine lands" to Knox. Duer will be paid $50,000 in three annual installments, and he will receive the bonds of William Green, Knox, and Shaw and Randall. Signature has been struck. Contains an autograph note signed by Knox on the address leaf stating that the agreement was cancelled 20 December 1792 by virtue of an agreement between Duer, William Bingham, and Henry Knox.
