No addressee is listed, but previous research determined it to be Thomas Longman (which is corroborated by the content of GLC02437.04169). Discusses an arrangement for Longman to pay money on his account to "my sister in London" (likely Mrs. H. Harwood). Mentions several firms Longman should also pay out of his account.
