Describes some land that he owns in Maine, including the timber grown there and the climate. Informs Jarvis that if he knows of "Gentlemen of adequate capitals disposed to purchase ..." to let them know that they can buy any amount from him, from "one to eighty thousand acres." Explains the terms of sale, including the amount of down payment he requests.
