Noted as a copy. Written in Henry Knox's hand, bearing his signature as "Genl. Knox" in the body. Discusses an unspecified business idea of Henry Knox's, which Ogden supports wholeheartedly. Writes, "the information in his possession will I believe turn to good account, indeed I cannot see any reason to doubt its success." Says the General (Knox) will inform Morris of the plan and how it will be executed. If Morris believes it to be as solid of a plan that Ogden does, advises that their company invest a quarter share into it. Written at Delaware Works, located in what is now Morrisville, Pennsylvania, near Trenton, New Jersey.
