Asks the commissary, James Forsyth, to issue rations for Thomas Nelson, his wife, and 2 children from 16-31 of July. Says that Nelson is a furloughed man from the Massachusetts artillery who was detained by the sickness of his wife. Nelson signed the docket stating that 64 rations were delivered to him.
