Written by William Price, Officer Police and countersigned by Samuel Shaw, Knox's aide-de-camp.. A provision return for one lieutenant officer police for the garrison of West Point. States that ninety three rations (three rations per day for thirty-one days) were issued for the month of July 1783. The document is also signed by Samuel Shaw.
