Return for the provisions provided for nine men belonging to the Water Guard for two days under the command of Captain Pray(?). Signed by "Comd John Mitchel." Countersigned by John Lillie, aide de camp, that the rations were issued. Mitchel (or Mitchell) signed the docket that contractors delivered the rations.
