Responds to news from Huntington that Congress has chosen Baltimore as a meeting place, but agrees with him that this may not be the final location. Notes that a Colonel Samuel Abbott is very ill. Also informs Huntington that his wife, Anne Huntington, is sick. Abbott died later that year. This was a retained copy of the letter docketed by Samuel Huntington.
