Letter addressed to Dear Brother White in Boston. Requests that if White knows the two ladies to whom the enclosed is directed to, please deliver it to them. He gives his love. Missing three areas of the page where stamps were ripped off. Dalton was a US Senator and businessman from Massachusetts.
