Hale requests, "...please inform me what will be your best terms for a set of types for my paper, the principal kinds to consist of, about three hundred and fifty weight of Bourgeois and nine hundred of Minion." Includes a pencil note at the bottom of the page, possibly referring to type ordered in 1816.

The copyright law of the United States (title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.
