Concerns the cession of Pottawatamie reservation land in the Iowa Territory, their removal, and the remuneration they will receive. Authorized by President James K. Polk. Treaty arranged by T.P. Andrews, Thomas H. Harvey, Gideon C. Matlock, Commissioners on the part of the United States, and the leaders of the Pottawatamie on 5 June 1846 (and ratified on 22 July 1846).
