Concerns the cession of Menomonie land in Wisconsin, their removal, and the remuneration they will receive. Authorized by President Franklin Pierce. Treaty arranged by Francis Huebschmann, Superintendent of Indian Affairs, and the leaders of the Menomonee on 11 February 1856 (and ratified on 24 April 1856).
