The document is listed as a report for the quarter ending on 31 December 1862. 02750.444 is an example of a blank form pre-written out but not filled in. The dates on the form contradict the date of signing, and so it is possible that the form was an old blank form for the same quarter (fourth quarter) and was used two years later regardless. This would account for the discrepencies between the dates on the form and the dates on the filled out portion. Alternatively, this could be a copy of an old account that was not submitted and now is being sent in for the ordnance records. The document describes an account of supplies, weaponry, and ammunition recieved by the Company on 16 December 1862 (which could be referring to 1864). Items are all on hand for Company use at the time of the report. It is noted on the docket that the report was filed to the Ordnance Office in Washington D.C. on 18 March 1864. Docketed on verso and marked as "triplicate to be retained".
