Appointing a surveyor to settle a dispute over lands within the Waldo patent. Some of the lands recently granted to Waldo's heirs were withing the holding of the Plymouth company, and this overlap must be resolved. Also signed by Samuel Phillips, John Avery and Edward Robbins.
