Full title is: "Roll of honor. (No. XV.) Names of Soldiers Who Died in Defence of the American Union, Interred in the National Cemeteries at Antietam (Maryland) and at Arlington, (Additional,) Culpeper Court-House, Cold Harbor, Winchester, Staunton, and Various Scattered Localities in Virginia." Printed by the Government Printing Office. Appears to be incomplete. Paginated 15-20 and then 180-276. Pages 15-20 list internments from Antietam with the last names beginning with P-U. Then goes to listings for Winchester (pages 180-256), Staunton (257-275), and Miscellaneous (page 276). Provides location of grave, rank, company, regiment, date of death, and remarks (which seems to be mostly listings of home towns). Written in pencil on front cover is the name "E.B. Smith[,] Washington [illegible]." Also marked "1883." Throughout the Winchester Cemetery section there are "X's" next to various names. Various names written in pencil on page 276. A small dab of a glue or resin-like substance is on the cover. Binding is slightly damaged. Edges are also frayed.
