One pamphlet entitled, "Additional Information Concerning The Budget," dated March 3, 1936. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt discusses some changes in the government's income revenue that affects the next fiscal year. He recommends reforms on cooperate taxes to make up for the loss of revenue in order to have a balanced budget. He mentions the loss is due to a Supreme Court decision, but does not identify the decision.
