One letter from Allen Miller Ashley to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated July 25, 1974. Miller Ashley supports the impeachment of President Nixon and requests that Moorhead produce a report to voters in his district explaining his reasoning for opposing impeachment and writes, "I wish to assume your rejection of the motion of impeachment stems from motives higher than partisanship. I invite you to fully summarize your considerations of the evidence available to you in a report to voters in your congressional district."
