One letter from Jeremiah T. Mulligan to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated November 2, 1973. Mulligan supports the impeachment of President Nixon he mentions the missing audio tapes. He writes, "It is normal to avoid painful or unpleasant tasks, but every day we delay in exposing the truth is another day that our Republic is exposed to deadly cancer of having a President who cannot govern."
