A thank you letter from Sam Johnson the House representative for Texas's third district, to Moorhead for his support for the Elementary and Secondary Education Reauthorization Act. This act "contains strong language protecting the constitutional rights of all schoolchildren to voluntarily pray." This letter is on Johnson's House of Representative stationery.
