The last will and testament of J. H. Harvey, Nannie Harvey's husband and Cordelia Williams' uncle. He bequeaths all of his property to Nannie, appointing her executrix of his will. He bequeaths some additional land to their daughter, Aleas M. Snead. There are two witnesses listed.
