A letter in regards to a debt owed by J.E. Ousley, to Senator Bruce to the amount of 15511.84. Scott however, is writing to say that Ousley is in a lot of debt with no way to pay it off, so getting his money might be a difficult task. Scott however say that he will do all he can to make sure the money is repaid.
