Concerns the cession of Pawnee land south of the Platte River, their removal, and the remuneration they will receive. Authorized by President Andrew Jackson. Treaty arranged by Henry L. Ellsworth, Commissioner on the part of the United States, and the leaders of the Pawnees on 9 October 1833 (and ratified on 12 April 1834).
