Contains a letter to friends at the quarterly and monthly meetings in Great Britain and Ireland, and another letter to friends at their yearly meeting in Philadelphia. Both letters guide the conduct of Quakers, especially in the difficult time of the American Revolution. Written in the fifth and sixth Quaker months.
