"Correspondence from Morgan's Command," includes "All the Particulars of the Yankee Raid on McMinnville -- Escape of Morgan and McCann, &c. &c." Another short piece, "Taking the Oath Under Protest," conveys a humorous anecdote about a "saucy, dashing young girl, of the Southern persuasion" brought before General Rosecrans to take the oath of loyalty. Also includes a report entitled "The Position at Suffolk", as well as General Bragg's Official Report of the Battle of Murfreesboro.
