"The Railroads and the War," mentions the blockade, complains that the railroads are not sufficiently managed to distribute sustaining resources throughout the South. "Destruction of the Town of St. Mary's" reports of a Black regiment, led by abolitonists, attacking and looting estates and liberating slaves.
