At the Institute’s core is the Gilder Lehrman Collection, one of the great archives in American history. More than 85,000 items cover five hundred years of American history, from Columbus’s 1493 letter describing the New World through the end of the twentieth century.

She was glad to learn her article "The Power of Prayer," published in Reader's Digest, inspired McDaniel and the members of her church. The article is a condensation of her book "The Sure Victory." She mentions that Dr. Norman Vincent Peale recently spoke at her church.

Citation Guidelines for Online Resources

The copyright law of the United States (title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.
