A print of a photograph of five union officers. Two are seated in chairs on the left and right, one on a stool at center, and two standing behind. The two behind are 2nd Lieutenants, the ones seated are 1st Lieutenants. However, the two second lieutenants do not have the gold braid on shoulder straps but instead a different color (cannot be determined from photograph), so it is possible they are not of that rank.
