Lists guns and heavy shells sent to Charleston intended for the bombardment of Fort Sumter. Written on Proprietor stationery of the Palmetto Iron Works.
Glaze was the founder of the Palmetto Armory. Manigault was a Confederate Major.

I will on Monday Ship a gun and that will Clear the Order for Shell. Cant you give me an order for 8 in Sale & Shot or Some other Shot or Shall y think our Shot will please you
