Form to acknowledge the delivery of clothing items to soldiers by Captain Jenks. Signed by members of the Seventh Regiment, Rhode Island Volunteers who recieved items of clothing. The same two witnesses affirmed all their signatures, James T. Phelps and Samuel McAlroy. The document is docketed for the month of December 1863 and noted as a "Retained".
