Cosigned by Abraham Baldwin. Notifies the recipient of the ratification of the treaty with the Creek Indians. Hopes this treaty will lead the government to attempt to acquire even more Indian lands in the region.
James Jackson was a senator from Georgia from 1793-1795 and then again from 1801-1806. In the interim he was Georgia's governor.
Abraham Baldwin was a senator from Georgia from 1799-1807.
John Milledge was the Governor of Georgia from 1802-1806, and later served in the senate.
