Signed by Benjamin Alder. John Coney and John [Lavell] Junior signed as witnesses. Anthony Roddard signed as Justice of the Peace on 5 May 1722 at Boston, Massachusetts. Contract between Thomas Smith and Benjamin Alder. Involving a tract of land called Muscongus (in present-day in Maine) and part of some islands located in eastern New England be sold to Alder from Smith.
