Also signed by Captain Patten. Lists captains, amount of rations, and number days receiving rations. Shaw signs as aide-de-camp to Henry Knox at West Point. Patten signs a note on verso listing absentees. Verso also contains a note written by Dudley Mercer, Quartermaster [at West Point?], confirming receipt of rations.
