Unsigned, but handwriting suggests the author is Henry Knox. Invites Malcom to perform a survey of lands Knox sold to Mr. [Israel] Thorndike, Mr. Sears, and Mr. Prescot. Adds that a Mr. [Lothrop] Lewis will be performing a survey on behalf of Thorndkike, Sears and Prescot. Insists that the survey be performed with "the most perfect accuracy."
