Contract between the Massachusetts Committee on the Sale of Eastern Lands, part of the Massachusetts legislature, represented by Phillips, Jarvis and Read, and Henry Jackson and Royal Flint. Contract specifies the terms for the purchase by Jackson, Flint, and their associates of particular lands in Maine. The signatures for all parties involved are secretarial.
