References Randall's letter of 18 July (GLC02437.05070). Thanks him for the congratulations. Mentions that Lucy and the baby are well and that his wife has ridden several times. Will be happy to accept the drafts that Randall proposed to send. Says he will converse with him when he arrives in New York on Saturday. States there was a mix up at the bank as a Mr. Delafield had subscribed on the name Thomas Randall, but that the matter was settled in his favor. Will bring the certificates to New York. Docketed by Knox.
