Thanks Ogden for information related to a tract of land for sale near Ogden's residence (near Trenton, New Jersey). Expresses his opinion that the land is over priced, but nonetheless, he is still willing to purchase it. Sends his regrets regarding Mrs. Ogden's recent illness.
