Discusses provisions, medicine, and wood on hand at Springfield, where Williams is stationed. Refers to an enclosed order to Mrs. Pynchon (refer to GLC02437.02962) in which Knox requests that she turn over medicine and stores in her possession to the Continental troops. Knox's signature has been removed.
