To Lieutenant Wheaton, possibly Joseph Wheaton. Pratt informs Wheaton "I neither conceive that I have the honor to Command the first Compy nor do I think it my duty to sign any return of it, or to give any General directions respecting it- while an officer of Superior Rank is present."
