Two provisions returns. The first return is for four and one half rations for three male employees in the Ordinance Department. The second is for one man of the Ordinance Department for three half rations. Both returns are signed by Lietenant J. Wright and Samuel Shaw, Aide-de-Camp to General Knox. A docket on the verso acknowledges receipt from the contractors for New York and New Jersey and is signed by Nell McKoy.
