No name appears on the document, but author might be John Ruddock: see GLC02437.01460 for letter of 20 June from Samuel Shaw to John Ruddock, asking Ruddock to provide a return of his firearm stores as soon as possible. Ruddock was Commissary of Military Stores at Fishkill.
