Pertains to Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Lists ordnance and other supplies. Page one contains an "Estimate of Sundry Expences to carry on the Works at Carlisle" comprising a list of artillery supplies, including quantities, cost and exchange rate. Pages two and three contain an "Estimate of ordnance and Ammunition necessary for the Intended Operations against New York, noting where the Cannon may be found and the sums necessary to procure the supplies wanting. Pages four and five contain an "Estimate of the Number and Value of Supplies necessary to complete an Army of Twenty five thousand Men for the Ensuing Campaign."
