Signed by Schuyler and James Glean as witnesses to certify the valuation in May 1776. A note on the bottom by Thomas Moore indicates that Henry Knox gave his quartermaster, Jonathan Pollard, the amount listed and that Pollard paid Moore on 12 June 1776.
