Lieutenant Colonel Parry of the 47th Ohio regiment writes to Brigadier General Scammon about a citizen named John Fox who has been providing provisions. States that Fox cannot cross the river but will wait at Miller's Ferry next Saturday with the provisions if Scammon can send someone to meet him. Written from Camp Gauley Mount, West Virginia.
