Davis asks for Robb's assistance in selling 12000 acres of land in Arkansas. Indicates that he co-owns the land with his brother, Joseph E. Davis. Notes that the land has depreciated to less than a fourth its original value. Asks that, "for obvious reasons," his name be withheld from any transaction made.
